SaveEasy Credit Union has won the prestigious award ‘Access to Financial Services’ for the second year running in this year's Credit Unions of Wales Awards.
Janine Marenghi, Chief Executive said ‘We’ve worked hard during the pandemic to keep our members and staff safe whilst ensuring they have access to their money.
Winning the award is a testament to our committed staff for keeping offices and pop-up offices open through-out, providing access to essential services.
We’d also like to thank the community hubs and centres in Narberth, Lampeter, Pencader and Brechfa who have supported their local Credit Union by hosting our pop-up branches’.
Daniel Jones, Branch Development Manager said ‘Over the last twelve months, we have brought in a complete set of online features to provide our members with remote access to their account. Existing members can view account balances, pay money in, request money out, update personal details and apply for a loan. Anyone wishing to join the Credit Union can do so, through our website’.
